NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT CITY OF DES PERES, MISSOURI 12325 MANCHESTER RD JANUARY 24, 2024 – 6:30pmThe Board will consider the following items: 1. A request by Coach House Garages to construct a home addition at 1442 Lawnwood, which would encroach 30' into the 40' setback, establishing a new 10' rear yard setback. This property is zoned Residential B which requires a 40' rear yard setback. Interested citizens are invited to attend this meeting or submit written comments.
