Notice of Public Hearing (Case Number: CUP-23-08)Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of University City will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 6:30 pm in the 5th Floor Council Chambers at City Hall, 6801 Delmar Blvd, to consider CUP-23-08, an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a day care center in the "IC" Industrial Commercial District at 6767, 6771, 6773, and 6779 Olive Boulevard. The applicant is Paul Boyer, PE of Civil Engineering Design Consultants, Inc. The proposal is to expand the existing day care center located at 6757 Olive Boulevard into the properties listed above (immediately west of the existing day care center).
