Hunter, recorded November 19, 2007 as Document No. 2007R-051380, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Jefferson, State of Missouri, MTW Trustee Services, Inc., the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, will on October 18, 2023 between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m., to wit: at or about 12:00 p.m., at the North Front Door of the Jefferson County Courthouse, in the City of Hillsboro and State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of Jefferson, Missouri, to-wit:
Lot One A (1A) of Happy Valley Subdivision Boundary Line Adjustment Plat, a Subdivision in Jefferson County, Missouri as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 248 page 8B of the Jefferson County Records.
Being more accurately described as:
Lot One A (1A) of Boundary Line adjustment Plat all of Lot 1 of Happy Valley Subdivision and part of U.S. Survey 1996 and part of Fractional Section 22, Township 40 North Range 5 East, a Subdivision in Jefferson County, Missouri as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 248 page 8B of the Jefferson County Records.
for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
