You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of the County of Jefferson, State of Missouri, the object in general nature which is to Quiet Title to certain property in Jefferson County, as further described below: Tract 1: A parcel of land described as follows: Beginning at a point on the DeSoto-Flucom Road, 100 feet West of the West line of the Kate Sweet land, thence West along the the South line of said road, 100 feet; thence South to the center of branch; thence East along center of branch with the meanderings thereof, 100 feet; thence North to the place of beginning, all in Section 1, Township 39 North, Range 4 East, Jefferson County, Missouri. LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part of subject property conveyed to Wilburn Sanders and Judith Sanders, his wife, by instrument dated July 2, 1952, recorded in Book 205 Page 230 of the Jefferson County Records. Tract 2: A piece of ground in Sections 1 and 2 of Township 39 North, Range 4 East, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the tract of land described in deed recorded in Book 134 Page 62 of the Land Records of Jefferson County, Missouri; thence in a Southwesterly direction to the bank of branch at point 20 feet West of the Southeast corner of said tract; thence East along bank of branch, 20 feet to the said Southeast corner of said tract; thence in a Northerly direction along the East line of said tract to the point of beginning.
