CD-BZA-2023-00038 A request to approve a variance to the accessory structure height limitation in zoning district R-6 on about 0.16 acres of land generally located at 7420 Washington street
CD-BZA-2023-00041 A request to approve a special exception for a side yard fence and other needed variances on about 0.2 acres generally located at 305 W 66th Street.
CD-BZA-2023-00047 A request to approve variances to the accessory dwelling units standards, plus any other necessary variances in zoning district R-10 on about 0.8 acres generally located at 204 W 52nd Street
CD-BZA-2023-00049 A request to appeal city staff's determination related to zoning violations issued for the subject site on about 13 acres generally located at 5500 Bennington Ave.
CD-BZA-2023-00052 A request to approve lot width and area variances to standards of the zoning and development code in order for the subject site to be subdivided in zoning districts B4-5 & R-2.5 on about 0.45 acres of land generally located at the southeast corner of Holmes street and E 29th street.
CD-BZA-2023-00053 A request to approve a variance to the accessory structure height requirement, plus any other necessary variances in zoning district R-5 on about 0.13 acres generally located at 3841 Forest Avenue
CD-BZA-2023-00055 A request to approve variances to the infill residential lot and building standards, and accessory dwelling units standards, plus any other necessary variances in zoning district R-2.5 on about 0.2 generally located at 1614 Summit Street.
CD-BZA-2023-00056 A request to approve a height variance to a detached garage plus any other needed variances on about 0.3 acres generally located at 5700 Central Street.
CD-BZA-2023-00058 A request to approve a variance to the size of a wall sign on about 39.2 acres generally located at 801 NW 108th Street.
CD-BZA-2023-00059 A request to approve a variance to the ground-floor commercial minimum within a mixed-use downtown building on about 1.5 acres generally located at 1218 Union Ave, plus any other necessary variances.
CD-SUP-2021-00022 Sana Lake Recovery Center-A request to approve a Special Use Permit to allow the change of use of an existing building from residential to a hospital along with renovation and expansion work on about 14.178 acres generally located at the northwest corner of W. Blue Ridge Boulevard and Wornall Rd..
