City of Arnold ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSNotice is hereby given that sealed bids for the following projects: 2023 Concrete Street Repair Project Ellen Dr Stormwater Project Church Rd Retaining Wall Project will be received by the City Clerk City Hall, 2101 Jeffco. Blvd., Arnold, Missouri 63010, until 9:55 a.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2023. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 am at City Hall 2101 Jeffco Blvd Arnold, Mo. 63010. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Project Name in the lower left corner. Please be advised bid documents must be hand delivered to the City Clerk's office at 2101 Jeffco Blvd. Documents will not be accepted unless this process is followed. Specifications and bid documents for each project are available for email distribution on or after Monday, January 30, 2023, by calling the City Clerk's office at (636) 296-2100 option 4 or emailing tcasey@arnoldmo.org. All bids shall be made in duplicate on the printed forms found in the contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the City of Arnold, Missouri, in the amount of ten (10%) of the amount of the bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder or bidders will enter into a contract and furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the Contract within ten (10) days after the award is made. The City of Arnold hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept the bid or bids that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the City of Arnold, Missouri.
