TRUSTEE'S SALE: For default in the payment of certain Note(s) secured by and described within a certain Deed of Trust executed by Jill Brune, dated November 15, 2013 and recorded November 27, 2013, in Book 6124 Page 2228 of the St. Charles County Recorder of Deeds Office, St. Charles County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, will, on JUNE 24, 2022, between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m. (10:00 a.m.), at front door of the St. Charles County Circuit Court Building, 300 N 2nd Street, Saint Charles, MO 63301 in the County of St. Charles, Missouri, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said deed of trust and situated in the County of St. Charles, State of Missouri, to-wit:
Lot 18 of The Enclaves at Eisenhower, a Subdivision in the County of St. Charles, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 288 of the Saint Charles County Records.
The Real Property or its address being commonly known as 108 Clinton Court, St. Peters, MO 63376.
For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
