NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Olivette, Missouri Please be advised that on May 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1140 Dielman Road, Olivette, Missouri 63132, the City Council will hold a public hearing pursuant to the Community Improvement District Act, Sections 67.1401 through 67.1571 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended (the “Act”). The purpose of this hearing is to consider a written request from a real property owner to remove certain real property from the Olivette Gateway Community Improvement District (the “District”). The District currently includes approximately 19 acres located on the south side of Olive Boulevard, between Interstate 170 on the east and the western lot line of 9200 Olive Boulevard (i.e., the property commonly known as Price Crossing) on the west. The complete boundaries of the District are shown on the below map. The property proposed to be removed is located northeast of the intersection of N. Price Road and the former Locust Lane and also shown on the map below. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. A copy of the above-described written request has been filed with the City Clerk and is available for review by any interested party at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, 1140 Dielman Road, Olivette, Missouri 63132. Final determination of approval of the written request will be made by the City Council.
