NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of St. Charles, Missouri will conduct a public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, June 28th, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. and before the City Council on Tuesday, July 5th, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street in the City of St. Charles, Missouri for the purpose of giving interested parties and citizens an opportunity to be heard on the following matters:
. Case No. CU-2021-13. (Derek Heidorn) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.290(C)(16) for a tattoo establishment within the FHCD/FPD Frenchtown Historic Commercial District and within the Frenchtown Preservation District located at 911 N 2nd Street. The subject property is located in Ward 1.
. Case No. CU-2021-14. (Rhonda and Kiarla Taylor) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.230(C)(1)(a) for a liquor license associated with a permitted indoor recreation use within the C-3 Highway Business District located at 1560 Veterans Memorial Parkway. The subject property is located in Ward 3.

(Bax Engineering – Larry Walker) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.240(C)(1)(a) for an outdoor storage use specifically of semi-truck trailers within the I-1 Light Industrial District located at Lot 4 of Truman Business Center. The subject property is located in Ward 8.

Scott Shockley) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.270(C)(1) for an Animal Service Establishment with a Kennel, specifically for a doggy day care with overnight stays within the CBD/EHP/T5-CBD Central Business District within the Extended Historic District and within T5 Central Business District located at 546 First Capitol Drive. The subject property is located in Ward 1.
. Case No. CU-2021-18. (Ryan Smith) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.270(C)(1) for a Guest House within the CBD/EHP Central Business District within the Extended Historic Preservation District located at 557 Madison Street. The subject property is located in Ward 1.
. Case No. TA-2021-07. (City of St. Charles) An application to amend Chapter 400 of the Code of Ordinances concerning mobile food units.
