NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE MEETING
CITY OF LADUE: DIELMAN ROAD SIDEWALK AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that a public open house meeting will be held at Ladue City Hall located at 9345 Clayton Road, Ladue, MO 63124 on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. No formal presentations will be made. Handicap access is available. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to make comments concerning the design of the Dielman Road Sidewalk and Roadway Improvements Project. The proposed project elements are as follows:
New 6-Foot Wide Concrete Sidewalk (west side of Dielman),
New Vertical Curb adjacent to the new sidewalk,
New Pavement Surface along entire width of Dielman Road. Includes a milling and overlaying of a new asphalt surface,
New Small Block Retaining Walls at key locations as indicated on plans
Improved Drainage System,
Driveway Reconstruction (provides ADA slopes across new sidewalk),
Temporary Construction Easements as indicated on plans,
Permanent Sidewalk and Wall Easements as indicated on plans,
Removal of Improvements as indicated on plans
Preliminary plans, maps, plats, environmental documentation, and other detailed information prepared by the City of Ladue’s engineering consultant (CMT) will be available at the public meeting and are also available for public viewing and copying at Ladue City Hall; 9345 Clayton Road.
Tentative schedules for right of way acquisition and construction will be discussed at the open house-style format.
