TRUSTEE'S SALE: For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by the Construction Deed of Trust with Future Advances and Future Obligations Governed by Section 443.055 RSMO, dated September 10, 2020, and recorded with the Jackson County, Missouri Recorder of Deeds on September 11, 2020 as Instr. No. 2020E0082652 (the “Deed of Trust”), the undersigned Successor Trustee will, at the request of the holder of the debt, on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., at the north front door of the Jackson County Courthouse, 415 E 12th St., Kansas City, Missouri 64106, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of Jackson, State of Missouri to-wit:
TRACT 2: THE NORTH 65 FEET OF LOT 19 LYING WEST OF JEFFERSON STREET, AND THE NORTH 65 FEET OF LOT 20, MERINE'S SECOND ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION IN KANSAS CITY, JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI.
TRACT 3: THE SOUTH 69 FEET OF THAT PART OF LOT 19, THAT LIES WEST OF JEFFERSON STREET AND THE SOUTH 69 FEET OF LOT 20, MERINE'S SECOND ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION IN KANSAS CITY, JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
The sale of all of the foregoing property shall be “AS IS, WHERE IS” and shall be subject to all conditions of title, of records and in fact and neither the Successor Trustee, nor any other party makes any representation or warranty of any kind or nature regarding the condition of, the description of, or title to the property.
