NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE - Default having been made in the payment of common expense assessments to Cascades Master Homeowners' Association by Tracey Graves, a single person, owed pursuant to the Amended and Restated Master Indenture of Trust and Restrictions for the Cascades as recorded in Book: 10247 Page: 1800 of the official records of St. Louis County, Missouri, as may be amended, the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Board of Directors of the Association, which has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 443.290 RSMo. and the Declaration, will on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., at the the Main Lobby of the St. Louis County Courthouse, Street Level, 105 South Central Avenue, in the City of Clayton, County of St. Louis, Missouri 63105, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot 16 of The Cascades Plat Five, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 333 Pages 9 and 10 of the St. Louis County Records.
For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
