CITY OF FERGUSON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 49 Zoning, of the City of Ferguson, Missouri, notice is hereby given by the Council of the City of Ferguson that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 9th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Said hearing will be for the purpose of considering a Special Use Permit to reopen a beauty supply store located at 110 South Florissant Road. The parcel is currently zoned DT-1, Downtown Core I. Copies of the proposal are on file in the office of the City Clerk, at 110 Church Street, Ferguson, Missouri, and are available for public review in that office during the normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All persons interested may participate and be heard at that meeting. Anyone with special needs should contact the City Clerk at least 5 days before said Public Hearing by calling (314) 524-5152. Zoom link will be available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
