PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. - A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Aldermen via Zoom. The Board will consider three petitions: P-13-20 for an Amended Development Plan, by Friendship Village of Sunset Hills, for parking area revisions at 12777 Village Circle Dr. P-14-20 for a Conditional Use Permit, by Missouri American Water, for a water tower at 11832 Sappington Barracks Rd. P-15-20 for a Conditional Use Permit, by QPS Missouri Holdings, LLC, for a medical marijuana dispensary facility at 10425 Watson Rd. Anyone interested in the proceedings will be given an opportunity to be heard.
