LOT 130 OF HATHAWAY MEADOW NO.2, A SUBDIVISION IN ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61 PAGE 8 OF THE ST. LOUIS COUNTY RECORDS.
