You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is: Amended Petition to Quiet Title and for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief and which affects the following described property: 7905 Forsyth Blvd., Clayton, Missouri 63105 being more particularly described as: A part of Lot 8 in Block 5 of the Town of Clayton, St. Louis County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of Forsyth Boulevard, being the Southeast corner to said Lot 8; thence Northwardly along the Eastern line of said Lot 8, 123.74 feet to the Southeast corner of property conveyed to Anne S. McMillan, wife of Clifton H. McMillan by Deed recorded in Book 768 Page 342, St. Louis County Records; thence West along the South line of property so conveyed to Anne S. McMillan, 12.50 feet; thence Northwardly parallel to the West line of Central Avenue 89.04 feet to a point in the South line of an alley, 20 feet wide; thence Westwardly and along said South line 22.50 feet to the Northwestern corner of said Lot 8; thence Southwardly along said Lot line, 212.70 feet to a point in the North line of Forsyth Boulevard; thence Eastwardly along said North line 35 feet to the point of beginning. The names of all the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for the plaintiff are: Blake D. Hill and Rachel Bates, Hellmich, Hill & Retter, LLC, 1049 North Clay Avenue, Kirkwood, MO 63122. You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleadings or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 26th day of October, 2020, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
