NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE - Default having been made in the payment of common expense assessments to Treetop Condominium Association by Melissa Michelle Bahmandeji, a single person, owed pursuant to the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium, By-Laws and Indenture of Treetop Condominiums, as recorded in Book 8437 Page 848 of the official records of St. Louis County, Missouri, as amended, the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Board of Directors of the Association, which has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 448.3-116 and 443.290 RSMo. and the Declaration, will on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Main Lobby of the St. Louis County Courthouse, Street Level, 105 South Central Avenue, in the City of Clayton, County of St. Louis, Missouri, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real estate, to-wit:
Unit 265 of Treetop Condominiums, Condominium Plat One-D, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 197 Pages 16 and 17 of the Saint Louis County Records, together with the undivided share of common elements and appurtenances thereto belonging, all according to and more particularly described and shown in the Treetop Declaration of Condominium By-Laws and Indentures recorded in Book 7138 Page 764 and all subsequent amendments thereof, of the Saint Louis County Records.
