NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CREATION OF THE SOUTH FIFTH STREET
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
ST. CHARLES, MISSOURI
On August 18, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, 200 N. 2nd Street, St. Charles, MO 63301, the St. Charles City Council will hold a public hearing pursuant to the Community Improvement District Act, Sections 67.1401 through 67.1571 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri (the “Act”).
The purpose of this public hearing is to consider the approval by the City Council of a petition to establish a community improvement district pursuant to the Act to be known as the “South Fifth Street Community Improvement District” (the “Petition”). A copy of the Petition has been filed with the City Clerk.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. Final determination of approval of the Petition will be made by the City Council.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the office of the City Clerk and is available for review by any interested person during regular business hours at the office of the City Clerk, 200 N. 2nd Street, St. Charles, MO 63301.
The proposed district is generally located to the south of Ameristar Bouelvard, west of South Main Street, and north of Interstate 70 in St. Charles, Missouri. The complete boundaries of the proposed district are as shown on the following map:
