NOTICE OF CO-TRUSTEES’ SALE
WHEREAS, George Olinger, Jr., by his Deed of Trust dated the sixth day of June, 2014, and recorded on the ninth day of June, 2014 in the office of the recorder of deeds for St. Charles County, Missouri, in Book DE6197, Page 1668, conveyed to Old Republic Title Company of St. Louis, Inc., Trustee, the following-described property situated in the County of St. Charles, State of Missouri, to-wit: Lot 28 of Wood Stream Plat 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19 page 114 of the St. Charles County Records, which conveyance was made to the said Old Republic Title Company of St. Louis, Inc., Trustee, in trust to secure the payment of one promissory note in said Deed of Trust described; and
WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said note;
NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, we, Kyle E. Boose of the Law Group of Illinois Ltd and Diane E. Leighton, Successor Co-Trustees, will sell the property above described at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the most southwestern front door of the Courts Administration Building, 300 N. Second Street, in the City of St. Charles, St. Charles County, Missouri, on June 1, 2020, between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., and more particularly at 2:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
