Anderson, husband and wife, dated April 7, 2004, and recorded in Book 15783 Page 2809 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri; and, whereas, Joe Lunt, the undersigned trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said note, will on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m. (12 noon), in the Main Lobby of the St. Louis County Courts Building, 105 S. Central in Clayton in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said deed of trust and situated in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, to-wit:
Lot 17 of Tapawingo Place Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 345 Page 446 of the St. Louis County Records.
The non-exclusive appurtenant access road easement created and established by the plat recorded in Plat Book 308 Page 63 and as set forth in Declaration of Easement according to the instrument recorded in Book 9146 Page 642 of the St. Louis County Records.
for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
