PETITION OF VACATION OF RIGHT OF WAY Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 02-11 of the City of Chesterfield Unified Development Code, that a petition has been filed to vacate part of the Right of Way as dedicated by West County Acres Plat Two as recorded in Plat Book 68 Page 17 of the St. Louis County records. Two tracts of land being part of Nardin Drive, located in US Survey 415, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 29 of above said subdivision, said point being on the northwest right of way line of above said Nardin Drive, thence North 14 degrees 13 minutes 35 seconds West, along said right of way line, 36.78 feet, to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 50.00 feet, said point being the Point of Beginning of herein described tract: thence along said curve an arc distance of 104.72 feet, and a chord which bears North 14 degrees 13 minutes 35 seconds West, 86.80 feet; thence along said chord South 14 degrees 13 minutes 35 seconds East, 86.80 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 1,535 square feet, more or less according to calculations performed by Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. on October 14, 2019. AND Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 16 of above said subdivision, said point being on the southeast right of way line of above said Nardin Drive, thence South 14 degrees 13 minutes 35 seconds East, along said right of way line, 67.09 feet, to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 50.00 feet, said point being the Point of Beginning of herein described tract: thence along said curve an arc distance of 104.72 feet, and a chord which bears South 14 degrees 13 minutes 35 seconds East, 86.60 feet; thence along said chord North 14 degrees 13 minutes 35 seconds West, 86.60 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 1,535 square feet, more or less according to calculations performed by Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. on October 14, 2019.
