In Re: Jaime B. Gross, an individual, a/k/a Jamie B. Gross TRUSTEE'S SALE - WHEREAS, Jaime B. Gross, an individual, a/k/a Jamie B. Gross ("Borrower"), by that certain Missouri Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents and Leases dated August 21, 2007 (the "Deed of Trust"), recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri, on August 23, 2007, as Document No. 2007E0111600, conveyed the following described real estate in Jackson County, Missouri (the "Property"), to wit: The North 117.18 feet of Lots 1-4 and the West 16.83 feet of the North 117.18 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Bethesda Place, a Subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, being Tract II as shown on the Certificate of Survey Recorded March 15, 2004 as Document No. 2004K 0016790 in Book S-9 at Page 61, and as shown on the Certificate of Survey Recorded April 1, 2004 as Document No. 2004K 0021112 in Book S-9 at Page 65. to Tarquad Corporation, a Missouri corporation ("Tarquad"), as Trustee for U.S. Bank N.A., a/k/a U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association ("U.S. Bank") as security for a Promissory Note dated August 21, 2007 (the "Note"). WHEREAS, by that certain Assignment of Missouri Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents and Leases dated on or about January 20, 2012, recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri on March 6, 2012, as Document No. 2012E0023924, U.S. Bank assigned its interest in the Note and Deed of Trust to Prinsbank, a Minnesota banking corporation ("Prinsbank"). WHEREAS, by that certain Amendment to Missouri Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents and Leases dated February 13, 2013, recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri, on June 27, 2013, as Document No. 2013E0066468, Jaime B. Gross and Prinsbank amended certain terms of the Note and Deed of Trust. WHEREAS, by that certain Assignment of Missouri Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents and Leases dated August 31, 2017, recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri, on September 7, 2017, as Document No. 2017E0083041, Prinsbank assigned its interest in the Note and Deed of Trust to Lender. WHEREAS, David V. Kenner was appointed as Successor Trustee by that certain Appointment of Successor Trustee dated September 11, 2017, recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri, on September 14, 2017, as Document No. 2017E0084745. WHEREAS, Shane C. Mecham was appointed as Successor Trustee by that certain Appointment of Successor Trustee dated September 12, 2019, recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri, on September 13, 2019, as Document No. 2019E0073460. WHEREAS, Lender is currently the legal holder of and beneficiary under the Deed of Trust and the legal holder of the Note secured thereby. WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said promissory note and the performance of the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH, at the request of the legal holder of said Note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, I, Shane C. Mecham, the Successor Trustee will sell the property above described at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the North front door of the Jackson County Courthouse, 415 East 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64106, on October 9, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and more particularly at 2:00 p.m. for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
