Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri will conduct a public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 3, 2019, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as same may be heard at Lake Saint Louis Civic Center in the Board Room, 200 Civic Center Drive, Lake Saint Louis, Missouri and before the Board of Aldermen on Monday, October 7, 2019, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as may be heard at Lake Saint Louis Civic Center in the Board Room, 200 Civic Center Drive, Lake Saint Louis, Missouri:
REQUEST FOR: Site Plan Review and Special Use Permit
Applicant: City of Lake Saint Louis Police Department

Present Zoning Classification: “PA” Public Activity District
Site Area: 8.63 acres
Proposal: To construct a 60-foot monopole communication tower for emergency police radio communications.
