Parcel No. 1: A tract of land being part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning at point in the center of the County Road, said point marking the Northeast corner of a tract of 10 and 2/3 acres conveyed by Nick Carter to Cora V. Ellis, et al., by Deed dated March 15, 1954, recorded in Book 222 at Page 77 of the Jefferson County Land Records: Proceed thence with the Eastern boundary lines of said tract conveyed by Carter to Ellis et al., South 10 degrees 11 minutes West 185.6 feet to an iron pin; thence South 2 degrees 19 minutes East 117.3 feet to an iron pin; thence South 19 degrees 33 minutes West 166.7 feet to an iron pin; thence South 67 degrees 30 minutes East 101.9 feet to an iron pipe marking a corner of said tract conveyed by Carter to Ellis, et al., said point being located in the Western right of way line of a roadway thirty (30) feet wide as described in deed from Harness to Cedar Hill Development Company, Inc., recorded in Book 171 at Page 173 of the aforesaid records; thence with said right of way line North 26 degrees 35 minutes East 651.4 feet to a point in the center of said County Road; thence with the center of said County Road, South 70 degrees 45 minutes West 138 feet; thence South 76 degrees 53 minutes West 177.02 feet to the place of beginning. Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to Richard J. Kelly and wife by General Warranty Deed dated November 1, 1974 and recorded in Book 526 Page 399 of the Jefferson County, Missouri, Land Records and except that part in roads.

Ellis, et al., by Deed dated March 15, 1954, recorded in Book 222 at Page 77 of the Jefferson County Land Records; proceed thence along the centerline of the County Road as traveled North 76 degrees 53 minutes East 140.00 feet to a railroad spike; thence leaving the center of said County Road South 18 degrees 53 minutes West 227.64 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 degrees 26 minutes West 95.49 feet to an old iron pin marking a angle point in the Eastern boundary line of the aforementioned 10 and two thirds acre tract; thence along said boundary North 10 degrees 11 minutes East 185.60 feet to a railroad spike being the point of beginning and except that part in road,
to satisfy said debt and costs.
