NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
19-21-PZ – Sweetens Concrete Services, applicant and property owner, is requesting Rezoning of .42 acres, more or less, from C-2 General Commercial to HD-2 Historic Downtown Corridor. The site is located on the northwest corner of Wall Street and East Koenig with an address of 308 E. Koenig St.
19-23-PZ - Bill No. _________, an Ordinance of the City of Wentzville, Missouri, Amending Chapter 405 Zoning Regulations of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Wentzville Regarding Medical Marijuana by Amending Article I In General, Section 405.050 “Definitions” to Provide Specific Definitions for Medical Marijuana Uses, and by Amending Article II District Regulations pertaining to the “A” Agricultural, “C-O” Office, “C-2” General Commercial, “C-3” Highway Commercial, “I-1” Light Industrial, “I-2” Heavy Industrial, “HD-1” Historic Downtown Core,“HD-2” Historic Downtown Corridor, and “HD-3” Historic Downtown Light Industrial/Loft Districts Regarding the Location and Placement of Medical Marijuana Uses and Matters Relating Thereto, as Per Application 19-23-PZ.
The public hearing dates are Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 6 p.m. before the Planning and Zoning Commission and again on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 6 p.m. before the Board of Aldermen and will be held in the City Hall Board Chambers at 1001 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
The City of Wentzville invites all interested parties the opportunity to give written and/or oral comment on public matters. The applications and documentation concerning the above requests are available for review at the Community Development Department, 1001 Schroeder Creek Blvd. during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
