Kansas City, Missouri Notice of Public Hearing Office of the City Clerk Planning, Zoning & Economic Development Committee Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, Planning, Zoning & Economic Development Committee of the City Council of Kansas City, Missouri, will hold a public hearing at 1:30 PM, 26th Floor, Council Chamber on the following item: Approving the 36th & Broadway PIEA General Development Plan, about five acres generally located on the north side of Valentine Road, the east side of Broadway Boulevard, and Pennsylvania Avenue on the west, and declaring the area a blighted and insanitary area in need of redevelopment and rehabilitation pursuant to the Missouri Planned Industrial Expansion Authority (PIEA) Law 100.300-100.620.
