PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Consent Order in Cause Number: 17SL-CC04303-01 in the St. Louis County Circuit Court, all Creditors of Barat Academy are hereby required to present evidence of all claims and demands which have arisen or which may arise against Barat Academy, in writing, giving full details thereof. Bemiston Avenue, Suite 200, Clayton, Missouri 63105, within thirty (30) days of July 1, 2024 or forever be barred.
