Messmer, Karen D. Coffey, and Trevor S. Wieprecht are the Successor Co-Trustees (the "Co-Trustees") of the trust created by a trust agreement originally dated April 9, 2010, which was executed by Robert T. Massey and Wilma J. Massey, as Grantors (hereinafter referred to as "Settlor(s)") and Trustees, and which was amended on April 8, 2024 by an amendment executed by Robert T. Massey, as surviving Settlor and Trustee. The terms of the trust agreement, as amended, provide that the debts of the decedent may be paid by the Successor Co-Trustees upon receipt of proper proof thereof.
