Unit Number 10055 of the Sakura Gardens Condominium, a condominium in Saint Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 118 Pages 95, 96 and 97 in the Saint Louis County Records, together with an undivided share of the common elements, according to an more particularly described in the Declaration of Condominium and By-Laws recorded in Book 5972 Page 510 and reinstatement recorded in Book 12370 Page 2150, and subsequent amendments thereto recorded in Book 10216 Page 1842 and Book 12480 Page 1725.
