Faul and the firm of Swanson Bernard, LLC, 4600 Madison Avenue, Suite 600, Kansas City, Missouri 64112-3031, the general object and nature of which is a Verified Petition for Breach of Note, Foreclosure of Deed of Trust, Declaratory Judgment and Quiet Title pursuant to Section 527.150, R.S.Mo., relating to the following described real property in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: LOTS 37, 38, 39, AND 40, PIONEER PLACE, A SUBDIVISION IN KANSAS CITY, JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY LYING EAST OF AND ADJOINING LOTS 37-40. The names of all the parties to the said suit are stated above in the caption hereof; and the names and addresses of the attorneys for Plaintiff are Matthew L. Faul and the law firm of Swanson Bernard, LLC, 4600 Madison, Suite 600, Kansas City, Missouri 64112-3031. You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within forty-five (45) days after the date of the first publication, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. IT IS ORDERED that a copy hereof be published for four (4) weeks consecutively, once each week, prior to the time of hearing on such Petition, in The Daily Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in Jackson County, Missouri.
