CITY OF HAZELWOOD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TERMINATION OF 370/MISSOURI BOTTOM ROAD/TAUSSIG ROAD COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTNotice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Hazelwood, during their meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, beginning at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of hearing all citizens' comments regarding a Petition for the Termination of the 370/Missouri Bottom Road/Taussig Road Community Improvement District (the "Petition") pursuant to the Community Improvement District Act, Sections 67.1401 to 67.1571 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended. The Petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting the termination of the 370/Missouri Bottom Road/Taussig Road Community Improvement District (the "District"). The Petition is available for review with the City Clerk. All written comments received before May 9, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. will be read at the public hearing. After the public hearing, the Petition will be considered by the City Council. The public is invited to provide comments on any Public Hearing topic on the agenda in the following methods: · Attend the meeting being held in the Chambers at City Hall; · Participate virtually by offering comments when the public hearing is opened. Participants will be prompted by the Mayor. Public comments are allowed by attending the zoom webinar through the webinar information that will be provided on the City's website at https://www.hazelwoodmo.org/588/Agenda-and-Minutes. Those persons who are scheduled to present information regarding an agenda item to the City Council during discussion of a business item on the agenda or who desire to speak during a scheduled Public Hearing may attend the meeting in person or via Zoom. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. The District consists of approximately 169.98 acres of real property, including common ground, having addresses listed below, and generally located North of Missouri Bottom Road, west of the intersection of Park 370 Boulevard and Park 370 Place, northeast of Highway 370, and south of Aubuchon Road, all within the city limits of Hazelwood, Missouri.
