Beck Reed, Rogue Architects, on behalf of McDonald's USA LLC, located at 1595 S. Hanley Road has submitted revision to the conditional use permit for modifications to the building at 1595 S. Hanley Road. The property is zoned PD-Planned Development Overlay District, where under 400.1380(C)(5) Restaurants and (6) Drive-in or carry-out sales of foods or of other goods or services are listed as a conditional use that requires review at the Planning and Zoning Commission and approval at the Board of Aldermen.
This meeting is open to the public. As provided in the Zoning Regulations of Brentwood Missouri, the above items will be discussed and considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission for recommendation to the Board of Aldermen and all persons interested in said matter will have an opportunity to be heard.
