NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that the Board of Alderpersons of the City of Frontenac will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, 6:00 p.m., Frontenac City Hall, 10555 Clayton Road, Frontenac, MO 63131 on the following matter: A proposed ordinance to place a six-month moratorium on the consideration of rezoning applications, redevelopment or change of use of properties located in the C-1, Commercial, and PD, Planned Development, zoning district in the City while the City reviews potential amendments to the Zoning Code consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. The proposal is available for inspection and/or copying at City Hall. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
