Central Ave., Lobby, Clayton, MO 63105, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash-for which the entire purchase price must be paid at the courthouse steps-the real property situated in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, described as follows: WESTERN PART OF LOT 27 OF WOODLAND CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 PAGE 54 OF THE ST LOUIS COUNTY RECORDS, HAVING A FRONT OF 66 FEET ON ADA AVENUE, BY A DEPTH OF 231 FEET MORE OR LESS.
