Johnston, and all of his respective unknown heirs, consorts, beneficiaries, devisees, grantees, assignees, donees, alienees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, mortgagees, trustees, and legal representatives and all other persons, corporations or successors claiming by, through or under him. You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of the County of Jefferson, State of Missouri, the object in general nature which is to Quiet Title to the following abandoned personal property in Jefferson County, as further described below:
A certain mobile home, VIN # M0W1382854 ("Mobile Home"), has been abandoned on the mobile home lot commonly known as Mobile Home Lot Number 131, located at 131 Lilac Drive, Festus, Missouri 63028.
The names of all parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address for the attorney for Plaintiff is Caitlyn A. Vanover, 301 Main Street, Hillsboro, MO 63050.
You are further notified that, unless you file any other pleadings or shall otherwise appear
and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the10TH day of MAY, 2024, a Judgment by Default will be rendered against you.
