Walz, Trustee, William F. Walz, Jr. Trust, dated July 2, 1996 and that all persons interested in the above described easement have thirty (30) days from the date of this publication in which to give notice in writing of their opposition to said petition which shall be filed with the St. Louis County Clerk. After thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, the St. Louis County Council may vacate this easement as described in the petition by ordinance with such restrictions as they may deem for the public good.
