Lot 9 and the Northern 1/2 of Lot 8 in Block 41 of Kenwood Homesites, a subdivision in Saint Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16 Pages 18 and 19 of the Saint Louis County Records. Bounded South by the property conveyed to Edward O. Collier and wife. The property is commonly known as 4305 Melba Ave, Saint Louis MO 63121.
