HAZELWOOD BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICENotice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, May 13, 2024, during their meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane. The Board will consider the following petitions: · Mary Carpenter - A variance of the minimum front yard building line setback from the northeastern front property line along Riverwood Trails Drive from 20 feet to zero feet to replace an existing fence at 9 Taylor Trail Place. · Tool Specialties Company - A variance of the minimum front yard building line setback from the northeastern front property line along Ford Lane from 30 feet to 12 feet for an office addition at 128 Ford Lane.
