In conjunction with these requests, the applicant also sought a change in zoning for that approximately 12,500 square foot area of property (Locator Number: 23V220022/Street Address: 16928 Crestview Drive), as identified on the Preliminary Development Plan, with such being an outlot of an associated residential project, which is currently designated the NU Non-Urban Residence District (Town Center "Neighborhood General District"), to the C-8 Planned Commercial District, with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP), thereby accommodating its use consistent with the Town Center Regulating Plan.
