NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF ALDERMEN CITY OF TOWN AND COUNTRY, MONotice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Town and Country, Missouri will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Center, 1011 Municipal Center Drive, to review a request by McBride Berra Land Company, LLC, owner under contract, for approval of a change to the official Zoning Map of the City of Town and Country, to rezone a site of approximately 11.58 acres at 14302 South Outer 40 Road (the site commonly known as Woods Mill Center) from the Commercial (C) Zoning District to a Planned Non- Residential (PNRD) Zoning District in association with a Preliminary Site Development Plan in order to develop a restaurant and a seventy-two lot single-family residential community.
