NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION CITY OF TOWN AND COUNTRY, MONotice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Town and Country, Missouri will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 7:00 PM, at the Municipal Center, 1011 Municipal Center Drive, 63131, to consider a request by George Stock of Stock and Associates, applicant, for approval of an Amended Final Site Development Plan (22nd) for Maryville University in order to construct new dugouts, batting cages, and a press box canopy at the Weber Baseball Field. The project is located at 650 Maryville University Drive, in the Major Educational Campus (MEC) Zoning District. The Public Hearing will not be held if the Planning and Zoning Commission determines that the proposed amendment is consistent in purpose and content with the nature of the proposal as originally advertised for public hearing and approved by the Board of Aldermen and is thus deemed to be "not significant".
