PUBLIC HEARING NOTICEThe Board of Adjustment of the City of Olivette, Missouri, will hold Public Hearings on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 7:00 PM Central Time at the Olivette City Center, located at 1140 Dielman Road. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Webinar. The link will be available at www.olivettemo.com/agendacenter. The meeting is in regard to the following application

Appeal Request: Side yard setback variance. The petitioner seeks a variance of 11.3 feet from the side yard setback along the north lot line to construct an in-ground pool 13.96 feet from the north side lot line. The required side yard setback for this lot is 25.2 ft.
Code Section: Section 400.1592 Permitted Accessory Structures in Residentially Zoned Districts, subsection (B, #6) Pools (d. Setback): Side yard. Side yard: No further than the side yard setback of the lot.
