In Re Push It 2 The Limit LLCTRUSTEE'S SALE: For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by that certain Deed of Trust dated September 16, 2022 recorded on September 26, 2022 at Book 09262022, Page 0013 in the official records of Saint Louis City, Missouri (the "Deed of Trust"), the undersigned Successor Co-Trustees, at the request of the legal holder of said note, will on May 14, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (at the specific time of 10:00 a.m.), at the east front door of the Courthouse, Civil Courts Building, Eleventh and Market Streets, City of St. Louis, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in St. Louis City, State of Missouri, to wit: A parcel of land in Block 2874 of City of St Louis, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point, being the Northwest corner of Block 2874 of the City of St. Louis, also being the intersection of the Southeast Right of Way line of Grand Boulevard, 80 feet wide and the Southwest Right of Way line of Bates Avenue, 60 feet wide; thence Southeastwardly along the Southwest Right of Way line of Bates Avenue a distance of 100.00 feet to a point, being in the Northwest Right of Way line of a 10 foot wide alley; thence Southwestwardly along the Northwest line of an alley 10 feet wide, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; thence Northwestwardly a distance of 100.00 feet to a point, being in the Southeast right of way line of Grand Boulevard, 80 feet wide; thence Northeastwardly along the Southeast Right of Way line of Grand Boulevard a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning. Also, the Western half of vacated alley, Vacation Ordinance No. 64563, located on the Southeast line, located from Bates Street to a 15-foot wide alley. NOTE: Pursuant to City of St. Louis recording requirements the above parcel was originally part of Southeast Kingshighway Park Addition subdivision. The foregoing note will not be part of the Land insured when the policy is issued. Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, and all existing improvements, structures and fixtures that may be part of the real estate described above to satisfy said indebtedness and costs and the costs of executing this trust.
