NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been called and will be held on Thursday, the 2nd day of May, 2024 to begin at 2:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers of Berkeley City Hall, 8425 Airport Road. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider granting a variance from Section 400.100.E.2: Additional Parking Requirements, of the City’s Zoning Code to Brian Borgman at 8818 Harold Drive, Berkeley, MO 63134, for the addition of a parking pad in the front yard at the same address. During the public hearing all interested parties will be heard. If you cannot attend the hearing, the City Clerk’s office will receive all comments verbal and/or written. Such hearing will be conducted by the City’s Board of Adjustment, which has heretofore reviewed said hearing pursuant to and consistent with the authority of Missouri Statute Chapter 89 and otherwise in such cases, as provided by law.
