The Port Authority of Kansas City, Missouri, is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from entities interested in providing progressive design-build services for the Missouri River Terminal (MRT Phase 1 Roadway Access Design-Build Project). The project provides roadway improvements and extensions, including a bridge over the Blue River from N. Century Ave to the MRT site in Jackson County, Missouri.
