In accordance with 40 CFR 403.8(f) (2) (vii), and City of St. Peters Title VII, Chapter 715 Uniform Requirements for Direct and Indirect Contributors Into the Waste Water Collection and Treatment System 715.450, RB Manufacturing LLC was in Significant Noncompliance (SNC) with pretreatment program requirements during the 2023 calendar year.
