REGULATION NUMBERS
66227 AND 66228 REMOVALSTO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Pursuant to the authority granted in paragraph (b) of Section 70-38 of the "Code of General Ordinances of Kansas City, Missouri" and subject to the provisions thereof, traffic regulations are hereby made and adopted as follows:
Prohibition of Turning, as indicated, (in the direction bound as indicated) and as listed in Section 70-457 is hereby discontinued at the following location(s):
Regulation 66227 No Left Turn 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Except Buses: The Paseo and 18th Street: Northbound
Prohibition of Stopping, Standing and/or Parking, as indicated below and as listed in Section 70-530 is hereby discontinued at the following location(s):
Regulation 66228 No Parking Anytime: Walnut Street, east side, from 8th Street to 9th Street
The existing signs at the locations affected by the above regulations will be removed.

THROUGH 66232 INSTALLATIONS
Stopping, Standing and/or Parking shall be prohibited (as indicated) on the following street(s) and shall be added to the list as contained in Section 70-530:
Regulation 66229 No Parking Anytime: N Oak Trafficway, west side, from NE 113th Street then north 185 feet
Reserved parking for Physically Disabled Persons is hereby established, as indicated below, and shall be added to the lists as contained in Sections 70-534 and 70-535:
Regulation 66230 Accessible Parking: Central Street, west side, from a point 30 feet north of 13th Street then north 132 feet
Regulation 66231 Accessible Parking: Central Street, west side, from a point 45 feet south of 13th Street then south 132 feet
A Loading Zone is designated at the following location(s), and shall be added to the list as contained in Section 70-561:
Regulation 66232 No Parking Loading Zone: Walnut Street, east side, from a point 45 feet south of 8th Street then south 30 feet
The locations affected by the above regulations will be marked in accordance with standards prescribed in the "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways'' and said regulations shall become effective five days after publication in The Daily Record.
