NOTICE PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will take place on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., in the Florissant City Hall First Floor Conference Room, at 955 rue St. Francois St., whereby such hearing will be before the Building Commissioner who shall hear evidence to determine if the property located at 1368 N. New Florissant Road is a dangerous and unsanitary building as defined by Section 510.220 of the Florissant City Code, whereas the Director of Public 'Works shall issue an order to demolish and remove or repair said building.
