PUBLIC NOTICEThe Board of Adjustment of the City of Glendale will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the City of Glendale Auditorium to consider the following appeal: Appeal by Sally Cook to construct a covered patio at the existing residence of 11 Nolan Drive which would encroach into the side yard setback in the R-2 zoning district in violation of Section 400.190 under the Glendale Zoning Code. Citizens are invited to appear at the hearing or submit written comments on the matter. If you require special accommodations (e.g., hearing impaired, etc.) to attend the public hearing, please contact City Hall at 314.965.3600 by Friday, April 26, 2024, so that accommodations can be arranged.
