Petitioner's true and accurate date of birth is May 2, 1957 and not April 2, 1957 as presently reflected on her birth certificate. That Petitioner's natural father's name is RONALD EARL NORMAN, and Petitioner's natural mother's name is BARBRA JEAN NORMAN (maiden name RUPPORT); that Petitioner is not married and has no children. That there are no unsatisfied money judgments against Petitioner nor are there any pending actions seeking money judgments against Petitioner, and the correction of Petitioner's date of birth would be proper and would not be detrimental to the interests of any other person. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Petitioner's certificate of birth be changed to reflect the true and accurate date of May 2, 1957. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Petitioner shall cause this Order reflecting the accurate date of birth be published at least once each week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Jackson County, Missouri. Petitioner then shall file proof of the publication with the clerk within ten days of the date of last publication.
